How to Find Your Hosting Control Panel Login

Your hosting control panel is separate from the billing client area in many configurations. The activation or welcome email normally identifies the panel type, address, and username.

Before you begin

Sign in through the official client area and keep account-specific values from your activation email available. Make a backup before changing production data or configuration.

Steps

  1. Check the client area: Open Services, select the active hosting service, and look for a Login to Control Panel action.
  2. Check the activation email: Search for the service activation message and confirm that the sender and destination domain are legitimate.
  3. Use a direct address: If documented for your account, use the secure panel hostname and port from the activation email rather than guessing a URL.
  4. Reset access safely: Use the client-area reset action or contact support from the registered account. Never share the current password.

Important notes

  • A billing login does not always use the same credentials as the hosting panel.
  • Repeated failed attempts can trigger a temporary firewall block; include your public IP when requesting help.

When to contact support

Contact support if the documented controls are unavailable, the service reports an account-level restriction, or the issue continues after these checks. Include the affected domain or service, the exact error, a timestamp with timezone, and the steps already tried. Never include passwords, one-time codes, private keys, or complete payment details.
