Configure Email on iPhone, Android, Outlook, and Apple Mail

Use the configuration values displayed in your hosting control panel. Server hostnames and ports are account-specific; copying settings from another provider often causes certificate or login errors.

Before you begin

Sign in through the official client area and keep account-specific values from your activation email available. Make a backup before changing production data or configuration.

Steps

  1. Choose IMAP: IMAP keeps messages synchronized across devices. Use POP only when you deliberately want local download behavior.
  2. Enter identity details: Use the complete email address as the username for both incoming and outgoing mail.
  3. Enable encryption: Select SSL/TLS for IMAP and SMTP and use the documented secure ports. Require SMTP authentication.
  4. Test both directions: Send to an external mailbox and reply. Receiving success does not prove that SMTP is configured.
  5. Avoid duplicate setups: Remove or disable obsolete account profiles so the app does not repeatedly prompt or send through an old server.

Important notes

  • If automatic setup fails, use the manual settings shown in the control panel.
  • A certificate warning usually means the wrong server hostname was entered; do not bypass it without verification.

When to contact support

Contact support if the documented controls are unavailable, the service reports an account-level restriction, or the issue continues after these checks. Include the affected domain or service, the exact error, a timestamp with timezone, and the steps already tried. Never include passwords, one-time codes, private keys, or complete payment details.
