How to Update Your Payment Method and Pay an Invoice

Manage payment details only through the secure client area reached from the provider’s official domain. Do not send complete card or bank details by ticket or email.

Before you begin

Sign in through the official client area and keep account-specific values from your activation email available. Make a backup before changing production data or configuration.

Steps

  1. Sign in to the client area: Verify the browser address and HTTPS connection before entering payment information.
  2. Review payment methods: Add or replace the supported method in the billing or account section. Requirements differ by gateway.
  3. Open the invoice: Confirm the number, amount, currency, line items, and status before selecting Pay Now.
  4. Complete authentication: Follow any bank or wallet verification prompt and avoid refreshing while the payment is processing.
  5. Confirm the result: Look for a paid status and receipt. If the result is unclear, check once before retrying to avoid duplicate payment.
  6. Handle a decline: Verify billing details and available funds, then contact the bank or use another approved method. Support usually cannot see the bank’s private decline reason.

Important notes

  • Never share one-time verification codes with support.
  • A newly saved method may apply only to future charges unless the open invoice is paid separately.

When to contact support

Contact support if the documented controls are unavailable, the service reports an account-level restriction, or the issue continues after these checks. Include the affected domain or service, the exact error, a timestamp with timezone, and the steps already tried. Never include passwords, one-time codes, private keys, or complete payment details.
